Refund policy

Welcome to Pink Ducks! By booking a tour with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We’ve kept them as short and clear as possible — so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Who we are

We’re the operator of all Pink Ducks tours in Barcelona.

2. Booking & Payment

• Your spot is confirmed once payment is completed through our secure booking system.
  

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  

• All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. (Heads up: your card provider may charge foreign exchange or processing fees outside of our control.)
  

• You must be 18+ to book. Younger riders are very welcome, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
  

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour → full refund.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or don’t show up → no refund.

• Need to change your date? You can reschedule up to 24 hours before (subject to availability). After that, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee.
  

• If we ever have to cancel (e.g. extreme weather, unforeseen events), you’ll get the choice of a full refund or a new date.
  

4. Safety First

• Helmets are included and mandatory for kids under 16.
  

• Guests must follow their guide’s instructions and local traffic laws.

• No alcohol or drugs before the ride. If we think someone isn’t fit to cycle, we may refuse participation.

• Please arrive on time so we can start smoothly as a group.
  

5. Equipment

• All our bikes are e-bikes (except for children’s bikes).

• Our bikes are maintained and inspected regularly. Please treat them with care while in use.
  

6. Group Size & Languages

• Groups are always small: never more than 6 people per guide.
  

• Tours run with a minimum of 2 people. If fewer are booked, we’ll reschedule or refund.

• We offer tours in Spanish, English, French and German. Each tour is conducted in a single language.
  

7. Liability

• We carry liability insurance as required by Spanish law.
  

• Still, participation is at your own risk. Pink Ducks is not responsible for personal injury or loss/damage to belongings, except where required by law.
  

• To the maximum extent permitted, Pink Ducks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (like lost profits or missed flights). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.
  

8. Force Majeure

Sometimes things happen beyond our control (extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, power cuts…). In these rare cases, we may adjust, postpone or cancel a tour. We’ll always do our best to find a fair solution (refund or reschedule).

9. Intellectual Property

All text, photos, images and logos on this website are owned by or licensed to Pink Ducks. You can’t use our content, branding or trademarks without written permission.

10. Links

Our website may link to other sites. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices. If you link to our site, please ask us first.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and effective from the “last updated” date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Barcelona.
