Do I need previous experience with e-bikes?
Not at all. Our e-bikes are very easy to use and suitable for all levels, even if it’s your first time.
Do children have to wear helmets?
Yes. For safety reasons, helmets are mandatory for children, and we provide them at no extra cost.
Do you have bikes or seats for very young children?
Yes. We offer child seats for babies and toddlers, so even the smallest family members can join comfortably and safely.
Is the tour safe for children?
Yes, absolutely. The route runs 100% on protected bike lanes, away from traffic, making it very safe for families riding with children.
What type of bikes do children use?
Children ride mechanical (non-electric) bikes, perfectly sized for their age and easy to handle.
What should I bring to the tour?
Comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and sun protection are recommended. We’ll provide the bike, helmet (if needed), and water.
Will the guide be experienced with families and kids?
Yes. Our guides are used to working with families and children, creating a relaxed, fun, and supportive environment throughout the tour.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. Light rain is no problem, but if the weather is extreme we’ll provide alternatives or reschedule.
